Your biggest challenge in a startup is not technical. It’s getting someone to care.
No one cares what back end you use. No one cares how much you’ve optimized. No one cares about your cloud.
What kills the vast majority of startups isn’t competition. It isn’t speed, it isn’t execution, and it certainly isn’t funding.
It’s apathy. Minimize apathy first.
Think of it this way: A user who complains that your service is too slow or ugly is guaranteed to be a user who, at the very least, cares
